GREECE: pv statistics March 2012

According to a report by Greek authority LAGHE on March 2012 the installed pv power in Greece is as follows:


Photovoltaics vs Wind
The pv power installed  is 535 MW or  25% of res!

The biggest share however has wind
with 64%!! or  1388MW!

Blue is for Wind
Red for Hyrdo
Green for Biomass
Purple for photovoltaics

CENTRAL GREECE AND PELOPONNESE HOLD 30%

1/3 of installed stations took place in Central Greece (90,7mw) and Pelponese region (90 MW).  Followed by Central Macedonia (76mw), West Greece (72,7mw) and Thesallia (63Mw).

ACCORDING TO POWER

• Only 9% is from pv systems of up to 20kw. 
• The rst 91% is from bigger installments :  40% from 20-150Kw , 30% from 150 - 2Mw, and 21% for 2 mw and above!!
