GREECE: pv statistics March 2012

According to a report by Greek authority LAGHE on March 2012 the installed pv power in Greece is as follows:


Photovoltaics vs Wind
The pv power installed  is 535 MW or  25% of res!

The biggest share however has wind

EPIA 2011: Global installed share / country

Europe has the highest share in installed photovoltaic power (75%) with Germany and Italy being the major players (54% globally).

However, the interest now is shifted to other countries where demand is growing and is expected to be higher than EU in the coming years.

EPIA (european photovoltaic industry assosication) published a report for global market outlook for photovoltaics until 2016.
